This matter comes before the Court on the motion and cross-motion of United Jersey Bank/South, N.A. and Baruch Mappa respectively (hereinafter "UJB/S" and "Mappa"), for summary judgment in favor of UJB/S and Mappa in the adversary proceeding filed by James J. Cain (the "Trustee") against UJB/S and Baruch Mappa seeking to recover payments as preferential transfers....
