Defendant, David Ramage, was charged by indictment with 11 counts of child pornography (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 11-20.1(a)(2)). After defendant pleaded guilty to three of the charges, the court sentenced him to 30 months' probation and ordered him to undergo counseling. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred, prior to sentencing, by denying defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty...
