PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Juan Rattler, was charged with two counts of distribution of cocaine, one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and one count of possession of greater than 28 but less than 200 grams of cocaine. Pursuant to a plea bargain defendant pled guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The state dismissed the remaining counts. On the distribution charge, defendant was sentenced...
