In this appeal, plaintiffs, Errol and Nancy Garren, are dissatisfied with the judgment they obtained against a real estate broker. Plaintiffs purchased a home in 1985. Defendant First Realty, Ltd., acted as broker in the transaction. Plaintiffs were not told that the purchased property was in a flood fringe zone.
