A Superior Court judge found appellant John Mihas guilty of assault, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-504 (1989 Repl.), possession of a prohibited weapon, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-3214(b), and carrying a deadly or dangerous weapon, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-3204, and sentenced him to time served (two months).
