Defendant, Fenton Lanes, Inc., appeals as of right the lower court judgment, entered on a jury verdict, in favor of plaintiff, Arids A. Warden, in this negligence action relating to plaintiff's injury at defendant's bowling alley. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
