I. INTRODUCTION AND FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Defendant-appellant William McLaren (hereafter "appellant") appeals the decision of the bankruptcy court which found that his debts owed to plaintiff-appellee William Longo, Sr. (hereafter "appellee") were not dischargeable under the bankruptcy laws of Chapter 11.
