The sole issue raised in this appeal is whether the trial court violated respondent's State statutory rights as well as his constitutional rights under both the United States Constitution and the North Carolina Constitution by denying respondent's motion that he be transported from the State correctional facility where he was incarcerated to the termination hearing.
