ARMSTRONG, Judge.

The defendant, Corey Sparrow, was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, in violation of R.S. 14:27 and 14:30. After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty of two counts of attempted manslaughter. He was sentenced to serve ten years at hard labor on count one and six years at hard labor on count two.
