Before this Court is the appeal of Leonard D. Poff (Poff) from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County that convicted him of the summary offense of using bait to hunt in violation of Section 2308(a)(8) of the Game and Wildlife Code1 (Code). We affirm.
