THOMPSON, J.

Patrick H. Ahern appeals his conviction for possessing cocaine while in the Kittitas County Jail. The primary issue is whether Mr. Ahern's presence was constitutionally required at an in-chambers conference attended by the judge, the prosecutor, and defense counsel. We affirm.
