On November 20, 1989, the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County (Lerner, J.) entered a decree of absolute divorce terminating the 18 month marriage of Charles Kline, appellant, and Marlene Kline, appellee. The trial court made a determination that their marital home and family business, B & M Video, were marital properties.
