YELVERTON, Judge.

This is a nuisance case concerning a commercial alligator farm. The main issue is whether the odor that emits from the alligator "containing building" is so foul and noxious as to amount to a nuisance. Over 30 named plaintiffs filed suit seeking to enjoin the defendants' farming operation. In a bench trial the judge decided against a complete shutdown of the operation.
