The noncustodial parent appeals from a modification of the provisions for child support in a dissolution of marriage decree. We must first determine if there was a substantial change in circumstances justifying the modification of the decree. Second, we must determine whether the veterans' disability payments are to be included in net income in the court's application of the child support guidelines.
