Arthur A. Cisneros appeals his convictions for delivery and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, alleging the trial court erred in (1) refusing to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to an electronic intercept order; and (2) refusing to order an evidentiary hearing to determine whether there were material omissions from the intercept application. We affirm.
