The Wayne County Prosecutor appeals as of right from an order of the Detroit Recorder's Court granting defendant's motion to quash the information charging him with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. On June 13, 1990, defendant shot and killed the decedent after the decedent had attempted to break into his home and had broken into his neighbor's garage.
