SHEPHERD, J.

Defendant entered a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(a); MSA 28.788(2) (1)(a), and was sentenced to ten to twenty-five years' imprisonment. He had been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving separate incidents with a four-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl. The film in defendant's camera allegedly contained a photograph of the male victim performing fellatio apparently upon the person...
