Irma Lee Hill, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, Houston Michael Hill ("Michael"), sues herself, as administratrix of the estate of her husband's brother, Timothy A. Hill, alleging that Michael's death was proximately caused by Timothy's negligence. Both men died in a fire at Timothy's house during the night of December 2, 1989.1
