Per Curiam.

This is an appeal from the County Court of Ashtabula County, Eastern Division. In July 1990, a complaint was filed against twenty-five persons1 for a violation of R.C. 959.15, the Ohio animal fights statute, a fourth degree misdemeanor.

Initially, all of the individuals charged pleaded not guilty. Thereafter, on August 31, 1991, they filed a motion to dismiss on the basis that R.C. 959.15 is unconstitutionally...
