DECISION ON MOTION TO RECLOSE BANKRUPTCY CASE

Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350, this court permitted the resurrection of a bankruptcy case filed under the Bankruptcy Act of 1867 because it was alleged by the assignee of a creditor that reopening the case was necessary to clear title to certain property with respect to which the power of alienation had been suspended for over one hundred and twenty years.
