P & P Partners (P & P), successful bidder1 at a tax sale, appeals from the July 19, 19902 order of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas sustaining Appellee Eachus' exceptions and objections and setting aside the sale. We quash the appeal, filed October 23, 1990, as untimely. Accordingly, we do not reach any of the issues on their merits.
