Tampa Bay Economic Development Corporation (TEDCO) seeks review of the trial court's order of final judgment in favor of appellee, Edman, in this action brought on a promissory note and corporate guaranty. The final judgment found that the note was ambiguous, thereby allowing parol evidence, and found that Edman was not personally liable on the note.
