Defendant GMAC Mortgage Corp. of Pennsylvania ("GMAC"), joins in Fleet's Motion and requests similar relief on its behalf. Defendants Edward and Elisa Medeiros have separately filed Objections to the Motion, and have each submitted Memoranda of Law in support thereof....
