INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the motion of City Savings, FSB ("City Savings"), the Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver, for an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(c)(2) prohibiting the debtor, Princeton Overlook Joint Venture ("debtor"), from using cash collateral. This court has jurisdiction over the matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157.
