Plaintiff, Raymond Earl Lee, by his father and next friend, Ray Lee, sought damages from defendant, Ingalls Memorial Hospital, and codefendant, Dr. Jalai Abtahi, for injuries received because of defendants' alleged negligence during Raymond's birth at the hospital on February 27, 1977.
