Appellant, Maurice Edward Ford, and two other youths went on a rampage, hurling rocks at automobiles traveling on the Capital Beltway (Interstate 95/495) at the Livingston Road overpass in Oxon Hill. Several people were injured and considerable property damage was done. The episode resulted in Ford being indicted on 90 separate counts.
