In a bench trial, defendant, Joseph Pozdoll, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle in violation of section 4-103(a)(1) of the Vehicle Code (Ill.Rev. Stat.1989, ch. 95½, par. 4-103(a)(1)). The circuit court of Du Page County sentenced defendant to five years' probation under the supervision of TASC for the Class 2 felony offense.
