The instant appeal is by the Commonwealth challenging the Order of the Superior Court filed November 1, 1988, [385 Pa.Super. 646, 555 A.2d 242 (table)] which: 1) reversed the trial court's denial of reconsideration of post-verdict motions, nunc pro tunc, ordering them reinstated, and 2) reversed the trial court's Order of November 27, 1987, partially forfeiting the bail of Appellee.
