The State of Florida, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (DHRS) and Rosita Lobenstein appeal the order of the trial court which denied a petition for support filed pursuant to the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA). We reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing concerning the issue of support for the children.
