Defendant, Booker E. Loyden, appeals his convictions for possession of a Schedule I drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966 A, and possession of a Schedule II drug (cocaine) with intent to distribute, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 A.
