There is no merit to the defendant's contention that the identification testimony implicating him in the sexual assault of the complainant should have been suppressed as the product of an illegal arrest. We note that in his omnibus motion the defendant failed to move for suppression of evidence based upon a claim that he had been arrested without probable cause (see, People v Mezon, 80 N.Y.2d 155...
