MOTZ, Judge.

An arbitrator awarded appellants, Lloyd and Leila Graceman, $72,268.69 in their dispute against appellees, Jerry Goldstein and seven other investors (the "Buyers"), who purchased the stock of a women's apparel business from the Gracemans. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County vacated the award, principally because it found that the arbitrator of the dispute between the Gracemans and the Buyers exhibited "evident partiality" in favor of the Gracemans...
