Giant Food, Incorporated (Giant) appeals an adverse ruling entered in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Regina E. Satterfield cross-appeals the court's decision. This dispute stems from Ms. Satterfield's slip and fall which occurred in Giant Store Number 77 on July 6, 1987.
