Respondent Patricia Hanno, a longshore worker, filed suit against petitioner Neptune Orient Lines, Ltd., for injuries allegedly sustained while working on a Neptune vessel. The trial judge denied petitioner's motion for a new judge. Neptune filed a motion for discretionary review.
