PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1). Also charged were Laurie Moore, Walter Moore, Doug Brinkman, and Donald Heistand, each of whom was prosecuted separately.1 Following a two-month jury trial in late 1988, defendant was convicted of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and found not guilty of conspiracy...
