This is a suit to enforce a personal guarantee of a corporate debt. Royce Schroeder, president of OFI Testing Equipment, Incorporated (OFI), sued defendant, James Lacy, president and sole shareholder of SAFF, Incorporated (SAFF), to enforce Lacy's personal guarantee to Schroeder of unpaid invoices owed by SAFF to OFI.
