James Sampson appeals his conviction on one count of attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, RCW 46.61.024. We affirm.

FACTS

At about 8:15 p.m. on November 18, 1989, Blaine police officers James Jones and Ernest MacMurray were on patrol in the city of Blaine, Washington.
