DALY, J.

The defendant appeals from the trial court's judgment dissolving her marriage to the plaintiff. The defendant claims that the court (1) improperly excluded the deposition testimony of three witnesses, (2) failed to give full faith and credit to a New York judgment, (3) abused its discretion in making its financial awards to the defendant, and (4) was biased against the defendant thus depriving her of a fair trial.
