The Official Unsecured Creditors' Committee of a debtor, Pennsylvania Truck Lines, Inc. ("Penn Truck"), appeals from an order of the bankruptcy court approving the compromise of a controversy between Penn Truck and two of its major creditors, Consolidated Rail Corporation ("Conrail") and CRR Investments, Inc.
