This controversy over insurance coverage arises out of a lawsuit brought by plaintiffs, Martin and Melissa Garneau, against defendant Curtis & Bedell, Inc. (C & B), a contractor, over the construction of a house on plaintiffs' land. The house was built too close to the property line in violation of zoning requirements, and plaintiffs sued C & B for the cost of remedying the problem. C & B...
