Buyer sued the sellers of Blodgett Supply Co., Inc. for breach of warranties in the 1986 purchase and sale agreement, and the company sued its former accounting firm for negligence and breach of contract. Both actions arose from an accounting error that resulted in additional tax liability for the company for the years 1983 and 1984. The trial court dismissed the action
