The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of two counts of sale of narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b). He claims that the trial court improperly (1) excluded the results of his polygraph examination, (2) admitted two state's exhibits that were insufficiently identified at trial, (3) denied his motion to strike the testimony of undercover police detective...
