Plaintiff, Dorothy Clarke, appeals from the trial court's grant of summary disposition for defendant, K mart Corporation, under MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10) with respect to her claims of discrimination, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.1 Defendant cross appeals from the denial of its motion for summary disposition of plaintiff's claim of assault and battery.
