OPINION

KELLEHER, Justice.

This matter comes before this court on an appeal brought by the defendant, the Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers), from a Superior Court order granting summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Isaac Brown (Brown) and Metropolitan Property and Liability Insurance Company (Metropolitan). We affirm in part and reverse in part.
