Louis Gordon appeals the suspension of his license and the imposition of a fine entered against him by the Construction Industry Licensing Board. Because it appears that Gordon may have been misled regarding the procedure for bringing to the Board's attention a post-hearing settlement, we reverse the order under review and remand with directions to reopen the record for that purpose.
