In a reverse bifurcated trial, a jury awarded damages to Peter Juliano in the amount of two hundred thousand ($200,000.00) dollars for pulmonary and emotional injuries sustained as a result of exposure to asbestos fibers.1 Fibreboard Corporation was one of twelve manufacturers subsequently found responsible for Juliano's injuries.
