This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. We affirm.

On February 2, 1990, defendant/appellant Carl Davis (Davis) was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine). 35 Pa.S.A. § 780-113.
