This is a contest pitting the forces supporting annexation against the proponents of incorporation of certain property on Delavan Lake. The circuit court ruled that the city's annexation of Lake Lawn Lodge and Lake Lawn Airport property,1 located in the Town of Delavan, was not invalidated by the involvement of noncontiguous property, did not violate the rule of prior precedence, and did not violate the rule of reason.
