OPINION
PER CURIAM.
This matter came before a panel of the Supreme Court on appeal by the defendant, the town of Coventry (the town), from a default judgment entered against it for failure to comply with the plaintiff's discovery request in a timely fashion. At the time of the default, the trial justice awarded attorney's fees to counsel for the plaintiff and to counsel for the intervenors.
