Defendant pleaded guilty in the Oakland Circuit Court of charges of possession of more than 50, but less than 225, grams of cocaine with intent to deliver, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iii); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iii), two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424, driving with a suspended license, MCL 257.904(1); MSA 9.2604(1), and being a third-felony habitual offender, MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083. He was sentenced to terms of five to twenty years...
